1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made from MachLabs for the following products:
- Mach Licenses and plug ins (software)
- All MachLabs Hardware (hardware)
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Software Purchases (Mach Licenses)
- Software purchases made without accompanying hardware are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- All software license sales are final once delivered or downloaded.
2.2 Hardware Purchases (M31 Motion Boards & ARC Pro)
- Hardware may be returned for a full refund if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- The product is returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
- After 30 days, refunds or returns for hardware are not accepted.
Restocking Fee:
- If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to any fault or error of the Company (for example, customer change of mind, wrong product ordered, etc.), a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Warranty Policy
3.1 Hardware Warranty Coverage
- All hardware (M31 Motion Boards and ARC Pro) is covered by a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
- Warranty coverage includes:
- 100% free replacement of defective parts or units due to manufacturing defects.
- Shipping costs for warranty replacements are covered by MachLabs.
3.2 Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tears.
- Damage or harm caused by unauthorized software, firmware, or hardware.
- Products damaged due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond the Company’s control.

4. How To Request A Refund or Warranty Service
- Contact MachLabs with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- A description of the issue or reason for return.
- Our support team will provide instructions for return shipping or warranty replacement.
5. Limitations of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- This policy provides specific legal rights and may be supplemented by state or country-specific consumer protection laws.
6. Conclusion
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States & the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- By purchasing from Machlabs, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
