The Orion Control System is a turnkey, PC-based CNC control kit built around the MachPro platform. It delivers a modern operator experience, powerful 6-axis motion control, and all the core hardware you need to upgrade or build a CNC control in one matched package.

Designed for new builds and retrofits alike, the Orion Control System pairs an arm-mounted industrial panel PC with the MachPro software and M31 motion controller, providing a clean, professional control solution that’s ready to integrate with your drives, I/O, and machine wiring.

• MachPro CNC Control Software
  Full-featured CNC control platform for mills, routers, lathes, plasma, and more, with a modern, customizable operator interface.

• Orion 3000 Industrial PC 
  Arm-mounted industrial panel PC that runs MachPro on Windows, giving operators a robust touchscreen HMI right at the machine.

• M31 – 6-Axis Motion Controller
  Dedicated motion control hardware for smooth, precise 6-axis interpolation and reliable real-time connection between MachPro and the machine.

• Control Power Supply
  10A, 24 VDC  power supply sized to feed the control electronics and motion hardware from a stable, industrial-grade source.

• Ethernet Cable
  Pre-terminated Ethernet cable for network/motion communication between the PC, motion controller, and/or shop network.

• Wireless MPG Pendant
  Wireless 6-axis handwheel pendant for safe, precise jogging, setup, and manual positioning directly at the machine.
